1. What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

    We offer flat rate for orders using J&T Express services. The standard shipping rates are

    MYR10.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and MYR15.00 for East Malaysia.  

2. How long does it take my parcel to reach me?

    Typically, it's delivered within 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 working days

    for East Malaysia. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your 

    package.

3. How do I track my order?

   We will keep you informed about the delivery status as soon as your order is processed. Please

   make sure to check your inbox, as we will send you an email containing a tracking code to 

   monitor the progress of your package at every step. If you are unable to locate it, kindly check 

   your Junk Mail folder.

4.Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?

  Sorry, no changes of shipping address can be made after placing your order. Keep in mind that 

  once the order is shipped , address changes may not be feasible. So, please make sure you put

  in the correct shipping address.
